So first up was a phone screening, then I had a panel interview with three engineers. They hit me with some basic stuff like my strengths and weaknesses, and what I thought about the company's current industry. They also wanted to hear about past projects I've done.

Behavioral Technical

It was a two part interview. First was a conference call, then an in-person interview on site. They started with questions asking me to talk about my resume, then asked some behavioral questions like 'tell me about a time'. The in-person part included questions about driving innovation and getting new ideas accepted. It felt fair and they wanted to make sure I was a good fit. I liked that they took time to answer my questions and make me feel comfortable. They were very open and straightforward.
