Got contacted about two months after I applied, for a 15 minute phone screen. Then about a week later, I was contacted to set up a 30 minute in person interview. This in-person was with two supervisors from the department I applied to.

My first interview was a group phone call with three ladies from the department. It lasted an hour and they had 10-12 questions for me, mostly behavioral, and a few about my previous work and school experience. The second interview was a last minute zoom call with the head of the department, the supervisor of the position I was interviewing for, and two others. That one was half an hour.

The first interview was pretty straightforward. Scheduling the second interview was challenging. The second interview involved a panel of friendly interviewers. The interview process as a whole was not overly difficult. However, it took them six months to inform me that I did not get the job.
