They wanted to make sure I knew my basic electricity stuff. Also, I had to tell a story about a time I troubleshooted something either at work or school. This job was for an electrical test technician.

I applied around June, and after waiting a while, I got an email for an interview in mid-September. There wasn't a phone interview. Instead, I was asked for 5 references before my panel interview, which was conducted via Teams with 5 managers. Exactly two weeks after my interview, I got an offer. Then, another two weeks passed for the background check and drug screen, after which I was hired. They asked a lot of technical questions and questions about my previous jobs. Make sure you know your CV well because most of the questions come from it.

I applied in late May and then HR reached out to me in the first week of June. My first interview was about 30 minutes long and I met with four supervisors or department heads. After that, HR got back to me for another interview that was supposed to be 2 hours long, but we only ended up talking for an hour.
