First, an HR screening call to go over the job details and check if you're a good fit. It takes about 30 minutes. After that, you'll have a call with the hiring manager. You'll discuss the role and your background, with some light technical questions and a request for examples of your work. Finally, there's an in-person interview with the team, which includes the lead hiring manager and their manager. You'll need to explain your work history as it relates to the position. Then, expect technical questions covering your knowledge of DFM, EBOM/MBOM, and SAP T-codes. If you're selected, HR will contact you with an offer letter.

I applied for the job in February 2014. HR reached out for an onsite interview with a panel. The job was still up for a couple of days before my interview. I saw it was taken down on the day of my interview. The interviewers were a bit late, about 15 minutes, but it was no big deal. They asked me a lot of technical and behavioral questions, which I felt I answered well. They really dug into my 14 years of work history, which mostly consisted of short-term contracts. I got the feeling they were just going through the motions and had already decided.

I went through a panel interview where they asked behavioral questions along with some really basic technical questions. The technical stuff was related to my resume. It was about 25% technical and 75% behavioral. They sent me an offer a few weeks after.
