The hiring process involved a one-way interview and then 5 one-on-one interviews. They asked questions about my situations, what I'm interested in, and my behavior. It was a pretty chill and nice vibe.

Behavioral Technical

I applied for the long-term intern role. The interview process had two rounds: first, a chat with the Hiring Manager for an R assessment and a deeper dive into my resume. If an offer was extended, I'd have about a week to decide. They also asked me to select a start date, though I think those options depend a lot on the specific role.

The presentation part was about 40 min and I could pick my own topic. For the multiple-choice questions, I could choose between R or SAS.
