The interview process was really thorough and professional. They asked in-depth questions about both my skills and my attitude. I felt comfortable at every stage and enjoyed learning about the job and the company. Everyone I spoke with was friendly, attentive, and genuine. It's clear that Gene Juarez wants to find a good match for both sides, not just fill a position. I highly recommend doing your research. Make sure you know the company's history, its services, and its mission.

I arrived a bit before the scheduled time and waited in the reception area. A manager came out, introduced herself, and we shook hands. She then led me to a room where we talked for about 30 minutes. She mentioned she'd be in touch within a few days about the decision, and she did call me the following day.

They were really keen on getting me in for an interview after I applied online. I wasn't sure at first and didn't call them back, but I eventually agreed to come in on a Saturday. I met with the Salon manager and the guest services manager, and it seemed to go well. However, I felt the pay offered wasn't enough, and they said they would check with upper management about that.

There was only one interview with the senior Manager. Basic preparation is all that's needed. It's easy to pass with minimal social skills. It's important to be available for the hours they schedule. They talk about a raise after the first 3 months. The management will find any detail in your performance so you don't get it. The raise will be 50 cents.
