First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Gene B. Glick Company.
Property Management Assistant
The interview was relaxed and basic. I felt comfortable. The environment was quiet and I left believing the position was a good fit. The interviewer was open and forthcoming and explained the aspects of the position clearly.
- Can you tell me about your background experience?
- Are you able to work the required schedule?
Intern
I went in for an interview for a marketing role. The place was really nice and the people I met were too. The interview was about 45 minutes long and they asked some standard questions. Later, someone from HR contacted me about taking a personality quiz. I didn't get the job in the end, but the interview experience itself was okay. It seemed like a good place to work based on the people I interacted with.
- Can you tell me about a weakness you have?
Financial Analyst
I was reached out to by email, and we set up a phone chat. After that, I had to do a personality test. Once I got through that, they invited me for 2 in-person interviews.
- Can you describe a time you had a tough situation with a coworker?
Assistant Property Manager
The process was too long, you either want to hire or you don’t. The process shouldn’t take 45 days, tell people if you interested so they can move forward. Thank you
- How do you believe you can contribute to our company?
