First, I went through an agency that handled the initial interview. They asked basic questions about my 5-year goals, my strengths and weaknesses, and about my previous job experiences as listed on my resume. Then, I had an on-site interview with the hiring manager. This interview was pretty similar, but he specifically asked if I saw myself staying with the company for a while. I guess he asked that because he thinks people might leave this job soon after getting hired. Honestly, I don't think this role needs much beyond basic stuff like being able to follow directions and wanting to do a good job for the company. The hiring manager is looking for someone reliable and hardworking. If you can show him that, you should be good.

I got referred by someone I knew in March 2014 and a recruiter called me two days later. The next week I had a phone interview with two managers. Both were pretty technical and tested my knowledge. They both invited me for an in-person interview. At the in-person, there weren't many technical or behavioral questions, but the employees talked a lot about how great it is to work there. The employees didn't seem very prepared with questions though. If you interview here, you should have questions ready to ask them.

The initial recruiter phone call wasn't great, mostly due to unprofessionalism. After about two weeks of silence, I was invited for an in-person interview. The 1:1 interview was professional and informative. The group interview was also good, as we got in-depth info on company culture and the role. Excluding the initial call, I had three interviews. The people and company environment seem good, but they are definitely experiencing "growing pains" from growing too fast, and the culture isn't quite keeping up. Communication from the recruiter and the company has been sporadic and not very direct. Given how much time I invested away from my current job for these interviews, I was expecting more direct communication about the hiring progress.

If you are not Indian, getting hired here is very difficult. The primary hiring manager appears to be very biased against non-Indians, and the interview approach can be quite harsh and unwelcoming. One manager was pleasant, but the other three were tough. I'm not sure how I got through because it felt like the main manager didn't like me. After being hired, I saw that my initial concerns about bias were correct.
