The interview process started with a telephonic round. This was followed by two in-person rounds. The first in-person round was with an Assistant Manager, and the second was with an HR Business Partner. As I am a fresher, they asked basic questions like 'tell me about yourself' and probed my understanding of HR concepts in the first round. In the second round, they presented some scenario-based questions.

It was an online interview that happened in two stages. First, I had a phone call with HR, and then I had a zoom interview with the IT manager. It was a quick 30-minute interview where they asked me about my IT knowledge and skills.

I applied for a software developer role focusing on javascript, react.js, and node.js. Since I have about 9 months of experience with the MERN stack, they sent me an email to interview. First, there was a written test covering javascript and aptitude. About a month later, they informed me I passed the first round and should proceed to the second. The second round involved a system test where I had to build a small application using React.js and Node.js, including some APIs. After another month, they contacted me saying I was shortlisted for the final round. I expected a final HR interview, especially since they mentioned needing immediate joiners due to high demand. However, when I got to the interview room, the interviewer seemed unaware they were supposed to conduct an interview. They eventually figured it out and asked me some basic questions about React and Node. They then told me I'd have a final HR round soon. I still haven't heard back from them. I'm puzzled by their 3-month interview process and the frustrating HR experience. My advice: avoid this company unless you have no other options. Worst company, worst experience.
