The interview process was fine. It was conducted virtually and involved a panel interview with several team members. Everyone was friendly, and the questions weren't too challenging. There were two interviews in total: one with the team and another with HR.

The hiring process spanned several months. Initially, HR expressed interest and discussed salary expectations. However, after two months, the offer presented was $20,000 less than what was initially discussed. There were four in-person interviews. One interview, which was supposed to be a one-on-one, unexpectedly turned into a group setting with five additional people in a conference room asking questions. This was quite surprising and unprofessional. Ultimately, I decided against pursuing the role and accepted a better opportunity elsewhere.
