Sales Associate
It was challenging but felt right. They had several interview rounds, but that wasn't the problem. The feedback afterward was unclear. Geico should be careful about who they hire, but they sure make it easy to turn people away.
- What makes you want this job?
Sales Associate
It was a really disorganized and chaotic interview process, and they told me I couldn't talk about it afterwards. There were several 'stages' of different types of 'testing'. Honestly, the whole thing felt like something out of a comedy movie.

Applied online and got a call back for a phone interview the next day. At the end of that call, I was offered an in-person interview. The in-person part started with a group activity that included a typing test and a simulation test. They separated those who passed from those who didn't, pretty discreetly. Then, there was an interview with an HR person. If you passed that, you moved on to a role-play simulation where they gave good explanations and time to prep. After that, if you passed, you got to shadow someone actually doing the job and interview with the department hiring manager. It's a long process, could take all day or at least a few hours. Everyone was nice, and it was a really great experience overall. Sometimes they offer the job on the spot, other times they'll call in a few days after interviewing all candidates. Don't be afraid to ask questions about the job or things you see during shadowing. The people you shadow are usually top performers and happy to answer questions or even ask you some.
- Can you share some experiences where teamwork was involved?
