It was ok but I don't know if I would go back just because of the length of the interview and the process but maybe I misunderstood the problems that I thought were at the heart of the organizational structure and the amount of hourly rates

Insurance Agent
The process started with a general application and a phone conversation. After that, there was an hour-long personal interview which included questions about past jobs. This was followed by an in-person interview at a remote location that required travel, and an interview with upper management. Finally, an offer was emailed, but it was declined.

Insurance Agent
The interview started with a phone call, then a computer test, followed by an in-person HR meeting. After that, there was a role-play customer service test, and then I shadowed a current employee to observe their work. Finally, I had an interview with a manager. The whole thing took a really long time and was poorly communicated regarding timing. I was told it would be 2-3 hours, but I ended up staying for 6 and had to come back a second day to finish. They also made me do a drug test that involved cutting off a bit of my hair, which was strange, and everyone ended up with little bald spots. When they hired me, they wouldn't give me any time to give notice at my old job, calling on Thursday afternoon and saying training started Monday. This whole experience left a bad impression.
- Tell me about your strengths.
- What are your biggest weaknesses?
- How do you think your previous employers would describe you?
