Behavioral Other

I applied online and two days later they asked me if I was free for a 10-30 minute phone call the next day. Before the call, I had to finish a 30 minute personality test, which I only had until that night to complete. It felt rushed overall. The recruiter was 4 minutes late for the call, and it was awkward, partly because of the questions they asked and partly due to the recruiter's lack of interest. I could tell right away I probably wasn't moving on because they didn't seem interested in my background or experience.
