Behavioral Presentation

You'll get a lot of questions, more than some other places. They really want to know why you're interested in working there. Showing up with confidence is super important. Make sure you know about the company, what they offer, and also think about how you'd present their products like you would in a sales role, even if it's not a sales job.

Behavioral Technical

It’s a very simple process. First, you submit your application. Then there’s an assessment. After that, a Zoom interview, followed by an in-person interview. I think everything went well. They will have you sit side by side with someone for 30 minutes and then interview you for another 30 minutes. I feel I was not offered the position and I do believe it’s because I was pregnant at the time.

The interviewer confirmed my Property and Casualty insurance license and mentioned a $1500 signing bonus. However, upon my first day for training, the company was unaware I had the license. They said I could start in two weeks without pay, which wasn't feasible as I'd quit my previous job. Their proposed solution for the two weeks before my class got licensed was for me to clean the mailroom, move supplies, and transport equipment. This isn't what I was hired for; I didn't expect to do manual labor.
