First up, a chat with HR for about 15 mins, just to make sure we're on the same page about the job. Then, a longer meeting with your direct Manager (90 mins) where they'll walk you through the role and company, talk about their management style, and discuss your soft and hard skills. Finally, an hour-long session with the Service Director to dive deeper into your hard and soft skills.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

It was a very long recruitment process with 7 interviews. The first interview was a standard, open, and friendly one. The interviews with the operational staff were very pleasant. However, the interview with HR was tedious, requiring me to recount my CV chronologically, which was quite cumbersome, especially given my extensive experience. The HR interviewers seemed to conduct interviews more suited for junior candidates.

During the interview for the managerial position, they really wanted to know the actual profits of my current company. When I didn't want to share, they insisted that as a manager, I should be answering these kinds of questions. They also asked about my suppliers, my marital status, if I'm dating someone, and whether I live by myself.
