It was a long drawn out process with many interviews. They had a last minute request for a strategic planning presentation. Senior leadership was not aligned going into the last interview, which was unfortunate. They were all very nice, but after such a long process, it would have been appropriate for them to acknowledge the amount of work that went into meeting their requests.

I found the job on LinkedIn and they reached out to me to do a strategy and skills test. After that, I had a remote panel interview where they asked pretty basic questions about my background and experience. Then, I had another remote interview with upper management, which was also very easy.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The hiring manager was great and knew exactly what questions to ask and how to pose relevant questions. She seemed to be very intelligent and great to work for. The second interview was with some department heads who seemed disinterested in the process, unprepared, and lacking professionalism. They didn’t review my resume in advance and didn’t understand my experience at all. They then asked some irrelevant questions as if I was applying for their departments or if they were just trying to think of questions to take up time. This group of people wasted my time and that of the hiring manager with their unprofessionalism.

Applied online and then got an email to schedule a phone interview. I replied but didn't hear back from the recruiter for about a week because of an emergency on their end. They were very nice when they finally got back to me. I had the phone interview and felt like I did well enough to move to the next round, but I never heard back from them. The recruiter was professional on the phone.
