I had a really good interview process, it was thorough and challenging. It started with questions about IMU basics, asking me to explain what they are and how they're used. Then, there was a practical test where I had to do a localization scan of a room. After that, the manager asked me some math questions. A big part was a coding question on binary search, which showed how important LeetCode prep is. Overall, it was a good mix of theory, practical stuff, and coding.

It was just the first round, and I didn't make it to the second because I wasn't fully equipped with all the necessary skills for the position. The interviewer was pretty relaxed and allowed ample time for each question. The discussion covered my past experiences in the field and included some behavioral inquiries.

The first interview felt promising, but then a senior person mentioned the next round would involve presenting a solution to a real company problem. I suspected they were just fishing for ideas. Still, I prepared and presented my ideas, but it seemed like they didn't quite grasp them, possibly due to a lack of relevant experience on their part. Ultimately, I wasn't selected, which I'm happy about given some negative company reviews. My advice: if a company asks you to solve a specific problem they're facing, run the other way.
