So, the interview at Gebr. Heinemann had two parts. First, an online interview that went for about an hour. Then, there was an on-site meeting where I got to meet the managers and the team I'd be working with. Everyone was really nice and made me feel welcome during both interviews. It felt more like a chat than a formal interview. What was cool was that after both parts, I got feedback pretty much the same day, so it felt super quick and organized.

The interview process felt well-organized and moved quickly. It started with a brief online meeting and then moved to an in-person meeting. I thought the meeting was really nice and professional. It was also good that I got to chat with everyone on the team and learn more about what they do day-to-day and what projects they are working on now and in the future.

Behavioral Presentation Group

There was an assessment center with about 10 applicants and the senior management of the branch. Every employee had to present herself/himself. Furthermore, applicants were put in certain day-to-day situations in a retail shop and asked how they would react/what they would do. The jury was helpful and tried to ease the nervousness of the applicants.
