There was a phone interview with the hiring manager and HR, followed by an in-person interview. The in-person interview included discussions with team members and the hiring manager. They also showed what the future work would entail.

First, I had a chat with Randstad, then two interviews with them. They told me I got the job and were preparing the contract, but then they ghosted me with a ridiculous excuse.

I had a phone screen and two interviews. I was apparently the backup candidate but didn't get the job. The whole process took about a month. At every step, the hiring manager and HR were really open, polite, and clear about what was happening and when. They also gave me good feedback on why the other person got the job. Even though I didn't get hired, the interview experience was really good. I felt treated like a person, which is rare now. If you've had a bad time with dodgy recruiters or your interviewing skills are a bit rusty, interviewing with Geberit could boost your confidence.

After submitting a CV and cover letter, the interview process involved a lot of waiting. There was no one at reception to greet me, so I had to be buzzed in. Once inside, I still had to wait for a while before a passing staff member noticed me and asked why I was there. There was a significant amount of waiting time before I was seen.
