I found the job on the company's career page and applied online. The first step was a phone call where I spoke with two people. After that went well, I was invited to their office for an in-person interview. During the onsite, I met with several managers from the team and also talked to some current employees who are in roles similar to the one I was interviewing for. It was a pretty back-and-forth process, and they made sure I had plenty of time to ask them my own questions.

HR reached out via email and phone after finding my resume on Careerbuilder. I went to their office for about 3 hours and had 3-4 one-on-one interviews with HR, the President, and some engineers. They asked standard interview questions, including some behavioral ones. It was pretty straightforward, and the company seems good with great benefits.

I was contacted by phone and then had a phone interview. After that, I met with them on campus. The interview went well and they made me feel comfortable. The questions were pretty direct. Even though it's a small company, there's a lot of work and it seems like a good place to grow professionally and get consulting experience.

Started with a hiring manager chat, then a second meeting with the whole team. The first meeting was just a basic intro and they talked about the job. The team meeting was about an hour and a half and they really dug into what I know about the position.
