First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at GDi.
Scrum Master
It was a really great interview experience. The people interviewing me were super nice and made me feel really at ease. They just asked me questions about the current issues related to the job.
- What is prompting your departure from your current permanent role?
Software Developer
The interview process at the company was straightforward and relaxed. It consisted of a single round where we focused primarily on my university background and practical experience. There was no separate technical interview or hard technical questions.
- Can you tell me about the courses you took at university?
- What's your experience with AngularJS?
- What about your experience with the .NET Framework?
Junior Backend Developer
The hiring process started with a technical interview, then they gave me a technical task that seemed too advanced for a junior role. After that, there was a final interview. The whole thing felt like it took too many steps and too much time for a junior position.
- Was I open to working as a full stack developer?
Technical Product Owner
The interview process involved a conversation with the head of the department. They asked real-life questions that weren't overly difficult, along with some technical questions that could be challenging if you weren't prepared. Because of my background as a developer, I did some live coding, though I don't think it's typical. Overall, it was a positive experience.
- Can you provide an example of how you would write a user story?
