I was contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn for the open position. Then I had several interviews with people from different teams, all done online due to covid. The whole thing wrapped up in TWO WEEKS. My experience was great, even though I was talking to other agencies too. I picked GCIH because they were super organized and made the process easy. The writing test was kinda tough in under two hours, but I feel like they really look at the whole candidate and see if you're a good fit overall, not just based on that one test.

So I had a recruiter call first, then I did two video interviews with people on the account team. After that, they sent me a writing test, which I did and got good feedback on. Then I had three more video interviews. The next day, I got an invite for another video interview. After I finished that one, they said I'd hear back the following Monday. I didn't get the offer, which is fine, but they said it was because I didn't have enough experience. I just feel like they could have figured out I wasn't a fit way earlier, before I spent weeks doing all these video interviews and getting positive feedback. It felt like a waste of my time since they should have known I wasn't a match sooner.

Got a message from the VP of HR on LinkedIn, then had a call to go over job duties. Next thing I knew, I was invited for an in-person interview at their NY office. Typical questions and process. It seemed to go well, but I was bummed there was no follow-up to know if I got the job. I took a job with another agency a few days later, so I didn't follow up, but it felt unprofessional to not at least give some feedback after I came in for the interview.
