Account Manager
I applied online and then got a call 3 weeks later for a phone interview. The questions were about situations and matching job skills. It was easy if you were ready. Then I had a one-on-one with HR. That was easy with just a few situation questions. The third interview was with an HR rep and the account supervisor. The third interview felt like a repeat because they asked the same questions as the second interview. Both of those interviews were in a hotel lobby.
- Why do you want to work for me?
Account Manager
It was one phone interview first. Then they had me come in for an in person interview. When they give you the salary offer, you should totally negotiate. They try to low ball you by at least 10-15 k dollars. I was offered 60 and was able to get 72k.
- Why are you the best fit for this role ?
Account Manager
Got a call first, then met the Regional Manager in person. It was a typical interview covering my work history, leadership experience, education, and similar stuff. The interviewer was really open, and we still talk sometimes.
- Can you explain the 5S process thoroughly?
