30 min Teams call with two IT people. Took weeks to hear back after what seemed like a good initial chat. Seemingly I met all the requirements on paper but they didn't think I was a good fit for them.

The interview process went well. I first spoke with someone from talent acquisition, and then I met with the management team. Most of the questions were behavioral. The final round was with the CEO to go over salary and get final approval.
