Applied online via Indeed, then got an assessment form via email after 3 days. The form had questions like "How does this job align with your career plans?" and "What would you do if you were working with a 6 y/o who didn't want to focus?". After submitting it, another email came to set up a video-call interview. Got the video meeting link on the interview morning. It was a really simple and comfy process, and the recruiting manager was super nice. She gave a quick overview of the question sections: work experience, get-to-know-you stuff, and situational questions. The questions could be tough if you haven't worked with kids with special needs, but knowing ABA basics should help. The interview was about 45 mins long (I asked a few follow-up questions), and they offered me the job at the end.

The interview was pretty laid back. They generally asked about my experience working with individuals who have autism. They also asked if I had any experience working with children in general. As well as a time I had a challenge that I thought I handled well and a challenge I wish I handled differently.
