Technical Behavioral

The interview process for the database internship was tough but really rewarding. Right from the first interview, I could show my passion for the field and how I can use what I learned in class in real situations. In the next steps, like the basic knowledge test and looking at my past projects, I felt good about my problem-solving skills and explaining my experience clearly. Talking with the tech team was also great because I got to talk about specific job details and make sure my expectations matched what the company needed. Overall, it was a great chance to show what I can do and learn more about the exciting world of databases.

Group Behavioral Technical Presentation

The first stage is a group dynamic activity. It was pretty chill, but they're watching your behavior the whole time. Besides the interview, there's a test with basic math (addition, division, subtraction) and grammar, plus an essay, likely about the job, the role, and what makes a good apprentice. So, practice beforehand (they want to see if you can argue, write, and organize your thoughts). NOTE: They'll check your math interpretation skills and expect you to show your work. I suggest making eye contact with the interviewer and being honest. Don't lie, they'll probably catch you. If they ask who wants to go first, be the first one; it shows you have initiative and confidence. When asked about a flaw, mention it and explain how you're handling it and working to improve.
