Had a 30 min phone screening, pretty standard stuff. Took them about two weeks to get back to me. Then had an in-person interview, also pretty standard. It was about an hour and covered behavioral and situational stuff, but wasn't too tough. Still haven't heard back 3 weeks later from the recruiter though, not sure if that's normal for them but it felt unprofessional. Guessing it's a pattern.

I was invited to drive up for an interview which was a 4-hour drive each way. The interview itself went well, but I was not offered the position. I was very disappointed they didn't reimburse my mileage, as this is something companies have always done in my experience. I should have asked about it beforehand. When I followed up, they mentioned they could have done a virtual interview, so I guess I dodged a bullet. I wonder what it would be like to work for a company that's so cheap about expenses when trying to hire people.

We met at a college career fair, but I had to apply online too. About a month later, they reached out for a phone interview. They stressed that lots of interns get full-time offers, so they really want to find someone who's a good fit, even for an internship. The questions were mostly about my behavior and experiences, like my strengths and weaknesses.

I had an on-campus interview right after the career fair where they asked general questions and filled out a worksheet with my answers. Then, they emailed me to set up a video interview with more people from the actual job. I had trouble with Skype for Business, so we ended up having a phone interview that lasted about an hour and a half. It was good because it felt like a conversation.
