Certified Nursing Assistant
It was a three part process. First, a phone interview. Then, on sight interviews, and finally, competency testing. The competency testing was pretty simple, just tested your ability to do basic CNA skills like reading BPs, basic math, and documenting I/Os.

Software Engineer
The process was fast and entirely over the phone. An HR person called and asked me some direct questions. They wanted brief answers and didn't let me talk much. It was a really quick process. Just know that orientation only happens once a month, so you might have to wait until the next month to start.
