So, I heard back from the recruiters and first I had to submit a writing sample. Then, the first interview was with my potential manager and a lead writer to check out my skills. After that, I met with the Director and my manager again for a final vibe check.

So about two weeks after I applied, the HR Director called me to tell me more about the job, what they needed, and what they expected in terms of salary etc.. She then scheduled an interview for the next day with herself and the director, which was a fantastic experience. In my field, it's important to understand the business and its audience well. Gaumard asked really good questions and they seemed genuinely keen on finding a qualified person for the role. They gave me all the info I needed to decide if I wanted to work with them.

I applied on campus and got an interview pretty quickly. The interview was over the phone. About a week after they said I'd hear back, I emailed my HR contact to ask about the timeline. They pushed the decision date back another week. After that second deadline passed, I asked again and they pushed it back a third week. When that third deadline passed with no word, and they ignored my communications, I figured I didn't make it to the next round. Honestly, it was pretty unprofessional.

I applied online and got an email back, so we did a phone interview. Then a week and a half later, I had my first interview. I met with the Executive Vice President, the Engineering Manager, three engineers, and the Support Services Manager. I came back for a second interview with two managers and the HR Director. I'm assuming there's a background check and then an offer after that.
