First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Gattaca.
Marketing Executive
It was a super chill chat, not like a formal interview at all. They started by just getting to know me and my career journey, and of course, they talked about themselves and what they're looking for.
- What conflicts have you encountered and how did you resolve them?
- How do you prioritize and manage your time effectively?
- What are your professional goals?
Communications Assistant
The interview process was super thorough. I started with a phone screening, then chatted with the internal recruiter, and after that, I had a one-on-one with the team leader. Then, there was a second interview where I had to do a personality test at home. In that second interview with the Team Leader and Division Manager, I answered some competency questions and we went over my personality quiz results, and then I did a written test. Because the job was really competitive, they made me do another written test from home before finally offering me the position. Going through such a long process made it feel like the team knew me before I even started and gave me the confidence that I had the skills to succeed since they invested so much time in me.
- What management style works best for you, and can you share an instance where a manager effectively utilized your strengths?
- Could you describe a situation where a manager brought out your best performance?
Consulting Expert
It started with a call with the internal recruitment team. They explained everything about the interview process and I felt at ease. When I got to the actual interview, it was a relaxed but formal conversation. They were really interested in what makes me tick and spent a lot of time explaining their business, which was useful. It felt more like a two-way chat than an interview. The second interview was more formal, but I was already comfortable. After that, they made it clear they were interested, so I canceled my other interviews.

Consultant
I talked to a lot of different people over the phone and in person, they were from different roles and levels, including managers. I waited in the interview room for a while during this process, and then had another phone interview.
