I attended an interview at a job fair and got selected for the second round. The interview process involved three stages: an initial aptitude test, followed by a face-to-face interview, and finally an HR interview.

Behavioral Presentation

The hiring process was quick and easy. The management was very nice and told me a lot about the company, its rules, and that they are looking for people willing to work hard and build a career there. The interview was really quick and easy, and they didn't ask me many questions but gave me a lot of information. They mentioned they are looking for someone proactive who will greet passengers with a smile. I learned a lot about the job while on the field. We had one week of training to understand how everything works. They gave us a test at the end to see if we listened and followed directions.

Behavioral Case

The interview lasted for about 2 and a half hours. I was really honest about everything. The interviewer mentioned I'd be contacted by someone. I'm confident I meet the qualifications for the role. The interviewer asked all the relevant questions. My experience in residential settings spans 9 years. I also had to complete a case note exercise. She then assured me that human resources would be in touch. However, I never received a call, and it's been over a month.

It was a multi-level interview process. First, I spoke with the HR recruiter. Then, I interviewed with the hiring manager. After that, I had an interview with the hiring manager's boss. Finally, I met with a few current Account Managers at the company.
