First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Gateway Executives.
Client Representative
It was a three step interview process. First two meetings happen in person in the office. The third interview takes place over the phone. Over all it is a pretty organized system. The office is strictly Business Professional attire, which was kind of new to me.
- Can you tell me a bit about yourself?
- What are your goals with our company?
Sales Representative
The interviews are done over zoom for COVID. It's three steps. First, they tell you about the job, the company, and the opportunities. Second, you talk more about pay, locations, team culture, and your daily schedule. Third, it's a quick chat to confirm stuff and set a start date. It's a great process to keep you informed.
- Are you interested in owning your own business?
- What most excites you about this job opportunity?
Corporate Trainer
The interview process was pretty straightforward. It was conducted over Zoom. I felt comfortable enough to be myself, and the interviewer was very relatable and answered all my questions. They really stressed their commitment to developing you both professionally and personally.
- Do you have prior sales experience?
Sales Associate
It was a series of 3 interviews, and they were mostly quick and smooth. The office and directors were inviting and straightforward. They were trying to get a general sense of your personality and work ethic.
- Can you elaborate on your past work experience?
