Coordinator
The interview process was straightforward and very relationship-focused. It started with a phone call to go over my resume, schedule the next steps, and discuss salary expectations. Then, there was an in-person meeting to assess my skills, see if I was a cultural fit, and conduct a background check. The final stage involved the hiring process and HR paperwork. Overall, it was a positive experience that made me feel welcome and valued, with a lot of mutual respect and honesty.
- What unique contributions can you bring to our team?
Administrative Assistant
The first interview was really good, it felt pretty comfortable and relaxed. They asked about my personal strengths based on the 'Strengths Finder' book. The second interview was a bit more intimidating because there were two people interviewing me, and one of them had a really serious poker face. I also found out that the year-end review was the hardest part of the job, with only a 2% raise and no room to negotiate. It's also tough to get a promotion there, even if you're qualified.
- Would you be okay with working a maximum of 40 hours per week?
- Is it acceptable for you to work no more than 40 hours?
