The interview was pretty smooth and set up well. Started with a quick chat with HR about my background and when I'm free, which was nice. Then, a week after, I had a technical chat with the hiring manager. They asked about what I've been working on lately and gave me a small problem to figure out right there. To wrap it up, I met with the whole team in a panel. Everyone was really friendly, and it felt more like a chat than an interview, which was good. All in all, it was clear what was happening at each point, and it felt doable and fair.

Behavioral

It was a panel interview with 3 managers all at the same time. Casual dress code and definitely not intense. It was a small processing center so not much to it. The pay was low and I think they were having difficulty filling the role for the pay but I was a fresh graduate so I accepted.

Behavioral Case Presentation

The whole interview process was super fast, done in less than two weeks. The first interview was online with a recruiter and a manager. Then, the second interview was with the hr manager and factory manager. In this second round, I had to do a case study with two problems and then present it. The case involved improving a production line's efficiency and solving an issue that line operators were facing. I had 30 minutes to figure it out.

Behavioral

I applied online and then a few weeks later I had a phone interview. It was a pretty standard behavioral interview. I felt like the interviewer wasn't really paying attention and was just reading questions, but maybe that's how they do it. They really wanted to know if I had genuine interest in the industry. I tried to show that but I'm not sure I succeeded. I was surprised by how much they seemed to expect me to have experience in manufacturing/industrials, given that it's a development program meant to give you broad exposure.
