First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Gate City Bank.
Customer Service Representative
It was a pretty easy and informative interview process. They asked basic questions about my goals and how they connect with the company's mission. The whole thing took about 30 minutes, and I talked with two people who took notes and asked questions back and forth.

So I applied and then like a week later, I heard back with an email about a phone interview. That phone interview was the second week after I applied. The person on the phone asked me some basic stuff to see if I'd be a good fit for an in-person interview. The third week, I had my in-person interview where I met with the manager and supervisor together.

Applied and went through two interviews, one over the phone and then an in-person one. The interview process itself was pretty easy and straightforward, but after being told I'd hear back within a week, I got ghosted. Felt super unprofessional.
- Can you tell me about a time you had to handle a difficult customer?
Teller
Submitted an online application, then had an in-person interview with two managers. They talked about the job and asked some standard, open-ended questions. I was also given a copy of the job description and some policies.
