It was a great experience, even though I didn't move forward to the interviews. I can share my thoughts on the online test though. The online assessment covered basic topics. I didn't really like the English test questions because the speaker's pronunciation on the audio was poor. It's a typical Indonesian company 'psikotest', so be ready for those kinds of questions.

For the HR Interview, I was interviewed by a third-party company hired by Garuda Indonesia after passing the online psychotest. The psychotest could be done partially per sessions, as long as you are within the time range stated for MDP 2025, so you don't have to do it all at once. I'm not sure if there will be changes next year, it really depends on the vendor. The HR interview was mostly behavioral, asking about leadership experience, stakeholder management, and difficulties faced in past internships or organizational experiences. It lasted about an hour.

After passing the initial admin stuff, the process moves on to an online test, followed by an online interview with a psychologist. Then, there's a panel interview with users, an MCU, and a background check that includes an interview. Finally, it concludes with an interview with the board of directors. It was a challenging yet fun process to be a part of.
