The interview process was simple and fast. It started with an HR phone screening, then a video call with the hiring manager, and finished with a panel interview with the sales leaders. The questions were about my sales background, how I build relationships with clients, and my approach to handling rejection. Everyone was nice, and it moved quickly. It was a good experience overall.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

Good process overall! There were 3 interviews with 3 different employees. The last one, which was with two managers, was probably the hardest and included more challenging questions along with a mock call. Before that last interview, you have a prep call with HR where you can practice and know what to expect. They also give you tips, like always using the STAR method for behavioral questions. They really focus on the feedback they give you.

Behavioral Case Presentation

This was a 3-hour interview process with no interaction with the actual business team. It started with a 1-hour 'get to know you' session, followed by another hour focused on traits questions. The final 90 minutes involved a role-play exercise and more traits questions. The process felt very outdated and like a 'one size fits all' approach. The role-play is usually a training tool for practicing meetings once you have more knowledge, not really a way to show what you know. The traits part is a bit strange; you can prepare somewhat, but it's either a pre-written answer or thinking on your feet, and I'm not sure how that really lets a candidate show their abilities. It seems to ask for too much time before speaking with key business leaders. I can only guess that many good candidates are lost because it's either too demanding or doesn't accurately represent the role.
