Case Behavioral

So for the intern position at Gartner, first you apply online and they screen it. Then there's like a test, either aptitude or technical. After that, you do one or two interviews where they see if you have the skills, can you solve problems, communicate well, and if you fit the culture. Then they give you the offer.

First, there was a quick preliminary chat with one interviewer/recruiter to check if your interests and the role were a good fit. Then, we were invited to an online summit with other candidates where we learned some skills and practiced them in recorded group sessions. Finally, there was a main interview with two interviewers. After a few days, they let us know the outcome.
