The interviews are primarily behavioral STAR questions. Make sure you have plenty of examples ready and pay attention to the feedback they give at the end. They often send you in advance what they're looking for from the interview, so just focus on that.

Gartner has a time-wasting interview process where they ghost candidates. They contacted me for one role, I made it to the second stage, and then both recruiters disappeared. Months later, a different recruiter contacted me for another role, suggesting high turnover. The recruiter was condescending and blunt, so I declined further interviews because they wasted my time initially. Their process is robotic and unnecessary; for $85k, spending over 4 hours with 6 people is not worth it. Based on their recruitment process, it seems like a bleak company to work for.

There was a 1st pre-screen call where the recruiter went over expectations and the timeline. Then a second 1-hour phone chat happened. The recruiter mentioned they don't have a set start date or timeline for this position but they are actively interviewing. The whole process is supposed to have 4 rounds. My advice to candidates: Don't waste your time in this never ending process.
