It was good, not too difficult, they really prepare you along the way. I was pleasantly surprised by the whole of it. They really contacted me across multiple weeks to practice and get into shape in order to get the offer.

I was contacted by a recruiter and the process has 3 rounds. The first round was with a recruiter and included motivational questions and a test of understanding of the firm. The second round was similar, with more competency and behavioural questions. The third round was a repeat of the second round but with more senior recruitment people. None of it was too complicated, but the interviewers really dug deep and would ask 3-4 follow-up questions for each question. They also looked for candidates who were interactive, like the interview was between two colleagues at the same level. There was a 10-15 minute role-play at the end where you simulate a cold-call scenario. I'd say that was the toughest part.

The interview process had four rounds, two of which were role-playing scenarios to check real-world skills. It kicked off with a screening to see if I met the basic qualifications and how I communicate. Then came the first role-play where I had to act like I was doing a discovery call, trying to figure out what the client needed by really listening and asking the right questions. The next round was another role-play, but this time it was about pitching a solution or dealing with objections, to see if I could get my point across and stay cool under pressure. The last round was with a leadership team or a panel, where we talked more about strategic thinking, if I'd fit in with the company culture, and how I'd help the team succeed.
