First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Garratt-Callahan.
Sales
I found the job posting on an online platform. There were several rounds of interviews, starting with a screening call to gather general information. The recruiter and HR department were helpful throughout my experience.

Territory Manager
There were several interviews. First, a recruiter call. Then, a video call with the district manager. After that, an in-person meeting with the district manager. We also did some field work with the district manager. Finally, after those four steps, I had a phone interview with the regional sales manager.
- Can you describe your experience managing a sales pipeline and developing new business?
Office Assistant
The first step was a phone call, which was like a phone interview. The recruiter was super nice and helpful. Then I met with HR, and they were really energetic and seemed forward-thinking. After that, I met with the Office Manager and the VP. They were a bit intimidating. There was also an abilities test to check my software knowledge. Lastly, there was a background and drug test.
- How would you spend your downtime?
Sales Technician
I had 3 in-person interviews and 1 phone interview. They told me I got the job after the 2nd in-person interview, and the last one was just to meet the boss's boss. A week later, they called to say they chose someone else. Super disappointed in how unprofessional they were about it.
