Specialist
It was a quick and simple interview process, and I didn't feel nervous at all. The questions asked were relevant to the position. I got to ask questions, and they were honest with their answers. Although I wasn't offered the job, they personally contacted me to let me know.
- Can you describe a past experience that demonstrates your suitability for this role?
CNA
The interview was relaxed and easy going. It probably depends on which manager is doing the hiring for your position. Most D.O.N.s are nice and caring. I was hired practically on the spot, with a previous employee reference. There is a short orientation but you learn a lot.
- Reason for seeking employment at a supportive living facility?
IT Technician
So the interview was with the IT Manager, the CFO and an HR person. The IT manager did most of the interview and also gave a technical assessment.
- Can you tell me about your previous work history?
- Walk me through your experience.
- What makes you the best candidate for this role?
Director
The office environment was very casual before COVID. The front desk was friendly and I waited a bit before the interview. There was more than one interviewer and the interview took about 45 minutes. Overall, it was a good experience.
- Can you tell me about your career goals?
