The interview process was long and involved several interviews with different people. I met with the 'Lions' Den,' which included the company president leading the discussion. It was a bit intimidating because the initial position was negotiable, as the company focuses on finding the right people and filling roles based on individual skills. The process took a while, but I think it probably leads to better results in hiring good employees.

Service Advisor
It was a normal interview process, nothing out of the ordinary. They are really looking for people who can be molded and trained, and will drink the kool-aid. You are there to make lots of money, dedicate yourself to Garber 100%, and do whatever it takes to achieve it.

It started with a 30-minute phone call with the hiring manager and the director of recruiting. They were upfront about everything and super nice. About three weeks later, they called to invite me to Saginaw for an in-person interview. Once I got there, they made me feel like part of the team. During this interview, I filled out the official application and a personality test. They gave me a full office tour. Then I met with the hiring manager, saw their product, gave my feedback, and we discussed salary and terms. Everything was very direct, no beating around the bush. Definitely one of the best interview processes I've been through.
- What changes would you suggest for this site?
Performance Manager
The interview process had three stages! First, I had an initial phone call with the hiring manager. Then, I came into the office for a meeting with the hiring manager. After that, I went back in a week to meet the team. Lastly, I was asked back to the office to sign paperwork.
