It was an in person interview, sitting one on one with the store manager. It was casual and not too many questions were asked. Overall, it wasn't a horrible experience, but some preparation on interview questions would be helpful.

It was really casual. They asked why I chose Garage, what I thought of Garage's style, what my own style is, and what role I play on a team. They mentioned that being bubbly, respectful, and dressed in Garage attire (or something very similar) was a big plus and would help a lot.

The interview process was easy, with simple questions. I was asked about myself, why I wanted to join the company, how I'd approach a customer to boost sales, and how I'd handle complaints.
