Intern
The interview process for this internship involved a few steps. It started with a recruiter call to go over basics, followed by a phone screen to dive a bit deeper. Then there was a technical screen, which might have involved a presentation or some kind of problem-solving assessment related to the role.
- Can you share an example of receiving outstanding customer service? What kind of salesperson would you say you are? How would you approach selling to a customer? If you had to describe yourself using just one word…
Intern
It was a 30 min first round, then a 30 min presentation, and then a final panel interview with several people. The interviews were conducted online via MS teams. The interviewers were very nice and respectful. They asked simple behavioral questions, nothing too technical.
- Could you tell me a bit about yourself?
Intern
Had a phone screening interview and then an in-office interview. Mostly behavioral and fit questions, plus some definitional ones about online marketing like CPC and CPA and how they relate to strategy. It was pretty much what I expected, and the interviewer was nice. It did take a while for follow-ups between interviews, but I guess there were a lot of applicants. The whole thing took about 1.5 months.
- Can you describe your process for tackling a problem when you have incomplete data?
- What is the meaning of CPC?
- What is the meaning of CPA?
