It was a fast and smooth process with three interviews, each with a unique approach but always with a personal feel. First, I talked with my future manager, covering a lot of professional details. Then, I had a brief, direct chat with the company's CMO about their goals and how I could contribute to their growth. The final interview was remote with HR in Copenhagen. They use a very data-driven method and I completed a test beforehand. The aim was to understand me better as a person, what makes me unique, and assess our mutual fit with the organization. The test results were shared during the interview, allowing for a human-centered discussion. To sum it up: Human, Efficient, Honest.

I've been keeping an eye on GANNI's job postings. I saw this role open up and applied online. I ended up having two interviews, one with the hiring manager and another with HR. Both were great experiences. The hiring manager talked a lot about the job itself, the company vibe, and how the team works. They were really interested in hearing about my past jobs and why I wanted to work here. I also had to do a pretty tough personality test with HR. It all happened pretty fast, within two weeks. Communication was super clear from everyone involved.
