First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Gander and White Shipping.
Shipping Coordinator
It was easy. First, I met with the office manager. It was a good, transparent conversation, with no hidden details, and very straightforward. We talked about my future goals and what they expected of me. Then, I met the employees I'd be working with. Everyone was super friendly from the moment I walked in.
- Can you tell me about your previous jobs?
Account Manager/Project Manager
The interview process was super fast and made sense. We kicked things off with a Zoom call. Two of the higher-ups were there, really nice and friendly, but still kept it professional. They used this first meeting to dive into the more detailed questions and stuff specific to the job. They let me know at the end that the next and last step would be coming into the office.
- Can you describe your methods for task organization and prioritization?
Account Manager
First round is with HR. Second round will be with your team lead and their superior. Final round will be with division president. Easy but can be somewhat stressful.
- What are your strengths and how would they apply with this role?
