Program Director

Outreach Coordinator
So there was this initial interview and then a second one to meet my temporary director. The first one was great, I felt I could really be myself. It was cool they cared about people being in recovery from something to work there because life experience is priceless along with education and work experience. You could really feel the care and compassion to help others radiating from the people there, and that was totally right.

The interview went smoothly, they were easy going, easy to talk to. They briefly explained how Gandara Center operates and its benefits. The interview lasted about 45 minutes. At the end, they provided an application package to fill out and submit via mail or email, which includes an agreement for a background check.
