First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Gamesa.
Senior Software Engineer
The interview process has 3 stages. First, an HR representative will conduct a basic screening, asking about your motivation for changing jobs, family, studies, and qualifications. Following this, there will be a technical discussion led by an expert who will assess your skills based on your resume. Finally, there is an HR round.
- Can you provide details about the project you are currently working on?
Receptionist
Our hiring process has four main parts. First, we do a resume screen because we get so many applications. Then, you'll have a 30-minute chat with our HR manager over the phone. After that, you'll do two or three case interviews with our consulting team, also on the phone. Finally, we have a recruiting day where you'll join us for dinner and a full day of presentations and interviews with the WP&C Leadership Team and HR manager. We want to understand your experience, what drives you, and your goals. We look at how you communicate, your leadership skills, and your passion for making an impact. We're all about our values and want people who fit our mission. We design our interviews to find folks who like a good challenge, achieve great things, and are excited about what we do.
- Can you tell me about your previous experience?
Project Manager
The interview process included a recruiter call where I was asked about my experience with team working, the number of people I'm used to coordinating, and my experience with budgets.
- Can you describe your experience working in a team?
- How many individuals have you typically managed or coordinated?
- Tell me about your experience managing budgets.
Sales Analyst
I sent in my application online and then a week later, the HR person reached out to me to set up an in-person interview for the next week. When I got there, I met with the hiring manager and the person whose job I would be taking over. Sadly, I found out I didn't get the job about three weeks later.
