Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at GameDay Men’s Health.
Family Nurse Practitioner
The interview process was pretty average. They don't offer any training, and you're expected to give care on your own without it, which seems unachievable. I think some training and education would really help with success.
- Tell me about your experience with functional medicine.
Nurse Practitioner
I first spoke with a recruiter and it went well. Then I interviewed with a physician and the owner of the clinic. The physician showed up 30 minutes late, so I had to repeat myself a lot. The physician was driving and on audio only, while the owner and I were on video. This made the conversation awkward. The physician's audio was cutting out so I could barely hear him. The interview went for over 1.5 hours. I was told I would hear back in March, but I never did. The location is now open, so I guess they found someone. I will not recommend this company.
- What procedures are you familiar with?
Nurse Practitioner
It was easy and to the point. Very well structured with good owners. I felt right at home there for about an hour. Overall, I recommend this company and would love to work here!
- Can you introduce yourself and explain your interest in joining our team?
